We prepare projects, analyze and evaluate all types of pre-existing contracts in terms of securing client's interests and clarifying doubts arising from the functioning of specific contractual provisions and applicable legal provisions, advice on the selection of optimal contractual solutions, ensuring that client’s interests are guaranteed. We also draft agreements regarding trade in receivables, providing methods to secure the correct execution of contracts (pledge, surety, mortgage, promissory note, etc.).
